Pakistan-India tensions: Saudi Minister to visit Pakistan today

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir will visit Pakistan on Friday (today), he will meet his Pakistani leadership during his visit, to discuss the ongoing security situation in the region.

According to details, the Saudi State Minister will his Pakistani counterpart and will also meet Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif during his stay in Islamabad, to discuss the ongoing security as the situation between Pakistan and India is currently extremely tense.

Pakistan’s befitting reply after the Indian attack has dashed all their aspirations. In such a situation, the visit of the Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is of great importance.

The international community is active in reducing tensions between Pakistan and India. Earlier, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi also arrived in Pakistan on an official visit.

During his visit, the Iranian Foreign Minister met with President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and other top leaders.
