Ex-PM Abbasi calls for political stability for Balochistan’s progress

QUETTA: Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said it is important for the Pakistan’s progress to resolve political instability and urgent reforms to address public issues especially in Balochistan.

While talking to journalists in Quetta, the head of Awam Pakistan Party Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that we need to focus on to resolve the public grievances and adding that it is impossible to move without solving the problems facing by masses especially in Balochistan province.

Regarding the Balochistan’s problems, Abassi expressed his concern over the province development, urged to engage the youth of the area in positive activities with the aim to provide safe shelter from the banned organization’s false narrative.

He criticized the federal government for ignoring the grievances of the common man, adding that it’s time for the government to restore the trust of the people and take bold steps in the better interest of the Balochistan and Pakistan.

Abbasi further said that it is very important to engage all the political forces in dialogue and end the political chaos in the country, respect for the constitution otherwise Pakistan will continue to face challenges.

Ex-premier also called for genuine political leaders to be included in decision-making processes for the country’s development.
