ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar said intelligence reports suggests that India intends to take action within 24 to 36 hours against Pakistan based on the allegations related to the Pahalgam attack in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK).
While discussing the current situation between Pakistan and India, Attaullah Tarar shared on the social media X formely known as Twitter.
“Pakistan has credible intelligence that India intends to launch a military strike within the next 24 to 36 hours using the Pahalgam incident as a false pretext,” Tarar said.
Tarar warned that India will be responsible for the damages after any misadventure as Pakistan is ready to respond any aggression with full forces.
The Indian government has started the blame game after the Pahalgam attack, in which 26 tourists were killed and 20 others injured.
Earlier, Pakistan has offered an independent and impartial investigation in to the incident.
It is worthy to be reminded that after the Pahalgam attack, India started a series of unjustified accusations without any proof. Later the Indian government unilaterally suspended the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan and instructing diplomatic staff to leave India by April 30, 2025.

Pakistan’s National Security Committee (NSC) adopted the best diplomatic strategy in response, and the Indian diplomatic staff was also limited to 30 people. The NSC had made it clear that water is Pakistan’s lifeline, if water is stopped, Pakistan will consider it a war.
