Twenty-five Pakistani nationals were repatriated from India through the Wagah-Attari border on Friday, as Pakistani authorities continued efforts to facilitate the return of citizens detained in Indian jails.
Officials from Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present at the border to facilitate the repatriation process and assist the returning nationals.
The development comes as Pakistan continues diplomatic and administrative efforts to secure the release and repatriation of its citizens held in Indian prisons.
Pakistani officials coordinated the repatriation process at the Wagah-Attari border, ensuring that the returning nationals could cross into Pakistan.

The Government of Pakistan said it would continue its efforts for the release and repatriation of all Pakistani nationals currently held in Indian jails.
