DUBLIN: Mark Zuckerberg investment portfolios have expanded internationally as the Meta Chief Executive Officer has officially purchased a historic 19th-century estate in Ireland.
Known as Strancally Castle, the expansive property spans 440 acres along a riverbank and features at least 11 bedrooms, four tower rooms, a library, a dining room, and a drawing room.
Reports indicate that the tech billionaire acquired the estate for an estimated price ranging between twenty-three million and thirty-five million dollars from a private investor who had resided there for over twenty-five years.
A company spokesperson confirmed that the family intends to maintain the historic residence and spend time in Ireland, where Meta’s international headquarters are situated.
This sprawling estate is conveniently located just twenty minutes away from Meta’s massive data center in Dublin.
The European property acquisition follows another major real estate investment earlier in the year, during which Mark Zuckerberg investment strategies also targeted a multi-million-dollar property in Miami, further demonstrating the tech mogul’s expanding global real estate footprint.
