MASTUNG: Four militants belonging to the banned internationally designated terrorist organisation Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) were killed in an armed drone strike under the Operation Al-Azm in Mastung on Friday.
Acting on intelligence, security forces conducted an operation after intelligence and drone surveillance detected the movement of armed men planting an improvised explosive device (IED) along a roadside in the Mastung district.
Video released by security sources appears to show aerial surveillance of militants associated with Fitna al Hindustan before it was struck. The drone strike targeted them and killed all four militants at the scene before they could carry out the planned attack, the sources said.

According to officials, security forces has conducted a successful Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) following actionable intelligence on suspected militants’ activity.
As a result, three militants of the Fitna al Hindustan were sent to hell after exchange of gun fire.
According to officials, the militants were involved in setting fuel tankers on fire, extortion, and armed robberies.
Security forces also recovered a large cache of weapons and ammunition from the militants’ hideout.
Earlier, FC Balochistan (South) has conducted a successful Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in the Gwargo, Jiwser area of Panjgur following actionable intelligence on suspected militant activity.

According to the official statement, 2 militants were killed, several others were injured, militant hideouts were dismantled, and a substantial cache of weapons, explosives, communication equipment, and motorcycles was recovered.
Security operations remain ongoing as part of continued counterterrorism efforts in the region.
