LAHORE: More than 20 children and a teacher were injured after the roof of a private tuition center collapsed in the Kahna area of Lahore.
According to media reports, the tragic incident occurred while classes were actively underway inside the academy.
Initial reports indicate that a teacher and 25 students became trapped under the debris following the structural failure.
Immediately after the collapse, local residents gathered at the scene to initiate rescue efforts on a self-help basis. So far, 18 injured individuals have been successfully pulled from the rubble, with hospital sources confirming that six of the victims remain in critical condition.
