TEHRAN: Following an aggressive press conference by the U.S. president last night, a strong public reaction has emerged across Iran, with millions expressing willingness to defend the country against the United States and Israel.
According to Iran’s Interior Minister, around 12 million people have voluntarily registered over the past 10 days in anticipation of possible confrontation with the U.S. and Israel, with a sharp increase recorded just yesterday.
He stated that the government had urged citizens to join efforts to protect national sovereignty, prompting a rapid and overwhelming response.
The minister added that the registration process is still ongoing, with large numbers of people from across the country continuing to participate, reflecting a strong spirit of patriotism.
Meanwhile, Iranian media has also aired a video showing individuals from Sistan preparing for potential conflict and expressing determination to defend their nation.
