KARACHI: Further declines were recorded in gold and silver prices in global and local markets.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by $81, reaching $4,686 per ounce.
In Pakistan, the price of gold per tola also decreased by Rs 8,100, settling at Rs 491,362 per tola.
Additionally, the price of gold per 10 grams fell by Rs 6,945, bringing it to Rs 421,263 per 10 grams.
The price of silver per tola declined by Rs 50, reaching Rs 7,684 per tola, while the price of silver per 10 grams decreased by Rs 43, now standing at Rs 6,587 per 10 grams.
