Quetta: Governor Balochistan has issued an official notification summoning the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan to convene its 18th session on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
at the Provincial Assembly Hall, Zarghoon Road (Shara-e-Zarghoon), Quetta.
The summons, issued under Article 109(a) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, was notified by the Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat on February 9, 2026.
The notification is set to be published in the next issue of the Balochistan Gazette.
This session comes amid heightened security concerns in the province following recent terrorist incidents and ongoing discussions on law and order.
Authorities have announced tightened security protocols and strict entry measures for the assembly premises to ensure smooth proceedings.
The agenda for the sitting has been made available on the official website of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan. All members are expected to attend the session starting at 3:00 p.m. sharp.
