AWARAN: The security forces in Awaran achieved a significant operational success after detecting and neutralizing an improvised explosive device (IED) placed under a bridge on Bela-Jhao Road.

The IED was identified in a timely manner, preventing potential casualties and allowing disposal teams to begin a controlled neutralization process. The surrounding area has been cordoned off as part of the ongoing security operation.

In this sense, the security personnel are conducting clearance measures in the vicinity while targeting suspected militant hideouts and potential escape routes with precision mortar fire. Furthermore, the authorities urged the public to remain vigilant and comply with instructions from security personnel while the operation continues. 

They also mentioned that ongoing intelligence gathering and proactive measures have been crucial in detecting and neutralizing threats before they can cause harm. This latest action underscores the commitment of security forces to maintaining peace and stability in Awaran, a region that has previously faced sporadic militant activity.
