No Operation in Tirah Valley, Security Sources

Islamabad: Security sources have stated that a false and baseless narrative is being created in the name of an operation in Tirah Valley.

According to them, the military is not conducting any kind of operation in Tirah Valley at present.

While briefing the media in Karachi, the security sources explained that if an operation were actually planned, the number of troops in Tirah would have been increased.

The fact that troop numbers have not been raised is clear proof that no operation is underway in the area.

They added that given the current weather conditions, launching a major operation would not be appropriate anyway.

Security sources described the claims of an operation in Tirah Valley as pure propaganda.

They emphasized that whenever an operation is genuinely intended, tribal elders and local communities are taken into confidence beforehand.

They further stated that false narratives cannot create divisions between the public and the armed forces.

The nexus between terrorists and criminal elements has already been exposed.

The sources noted that in Balochistan, operations against Indian-backed terrorists have been ongoing for the past three years.

During this period, 25,000 kilometers of roads and four cardiac hospitals have been constructed in the province.

The security officials asserted that in the battle for truth, the Pakistan Army has thoroughly defeated India.

Following the directives of the Field Marshal, troops have remained present along the western border as well.

They accused India of funding terrorists in Afghanistan and Balochistan.
