LAHORE: Renowned Pakistani singer of yesteryears, Tarannum Naz, has revealed that she transferred all her property to her children during her lifetime and she has regretted that decision ever since.
Speaking during a podcast, the singer, who was famous for her hit songs in the 1980s and 1990s, shared that she had gifted her entire property to her children while she was still alive.
However, the bitter lesson she learned afterward left her with nothing but deep regret.
Although she did not disclose the specific behavior her children displayed toward her after the property was transferred in their names, she appeared visibly heartbroken and saddened while recounting her past experience.
Offering advice to parents, Tarannum Naz strongly cautioned: “Never, ever transfer your house or property to your children while you are still alive, otherwise, like me, you will spend the rest of your life in tears and sorrow.”
