Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq held a meeting with the Chief Minister and Governor of Balochistan to discuss the province’s development projects and security situation.
According to a private TV report, the meeting included Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Governor Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar.
During the discussions, detailed talks took place regarding ongoing development initiatives in Balochistan.
Speaker Ayaz Sadiq emphasized that Pakistan’s progress is closely linked to the development of Balochistan, stating that peace and development in the province remain a top priority for the federal government.
He added that the government is working on improving health, education, and transport infrastructure in Balochistan.
In response, the Chief Minister and Governor of Balochistan praised the Speaker for his interest in the province’s affairs and assured full cooperation from the provincial government in implementing development projects.
