Four PTI leaders sentenced for 10 years prison

LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore has given the verdict on the case of breaking of Club Chowk  GOR Gate.

Four nominated leaders of Pakistan Terheek- e-Insaf have been sentenced for 10 years prison.

The PTI leaders sentenced for 10 years are Yasmeen Rashid, Umar Sarfaraz Cheema, Mehmood ul Rasheed and Ejaz Chaudhary.

The court has order to release Shah Mehmood Qureshi 7 other alleged people in the case.

However, 13 alleged were sentenced for prison.

The statements of 21 alleged including Dr.Yasmir Rashid were recorded during the trial.

The prosecution had brought forward 56 eye-witnesses to the court.

Meanwhile , Judge Muzzafar Gul of ATC has also announced the verdict of the Kot Lakhpat Jaiil.

Four alleged were called the proclaimed-offendera during the trial.

It is worth mentioning that on the 9th of May 2021, the activist of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf launched a wild protest on the arrest of the Chairman PTI Imran Khan and brought damage not only to the military installations but they also broke the monumnents of martyres and the symbols of the glorius history of the armed forces of Pakistan.

There were credible evidences found that the instructions to launch attacks on the asstets of the military and the state were given by the top leadrship of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf.

People like Yasmeen Rashid , Mehmood ul Rasheed, Umar Sarfaraz Cheema and Ejaz Chaudhary were heard and seen leading the attackers and asking them to attack on the specifically given points.

9th May 2021 is said to be a day that has no previous example in the history of Pakistan when the activist of a political party carry out attack the assets of the defense forces of their own country.
