QUETTA: Pakistan Railways on Tuesday suspended all passenger train services from Quetta to major cities due to what officials described as unavoidable reasons.
Railway authorities said the Jaffar Express, running from Quetta to Peshawar, and the Bolan Mail, operating between Quetta and Karachi, would not run today.
Officials also suspended the Chaman Passenger Train linking Quetta with Chaman.
Railway authorities said all three outbound passenger services from Quetta will remain suspended for the day.
It is worth mentioning that there has been a repetitive suspension occurring in the trains- operations due to the Indian-sponsored BLA militants.
They terror attacks were launched on the railway track on the time of trains passing over them.
The series of militancy started from the earlier this year when the Fitna al Hindustan militants of BLA carried out a hijacking attack on the Jaffar Express.
The BLA militants killed 33 innocent passengers while launching that attack.
The security forces of Pakistan launched and all 35 Indian-sponsored militants were eliminated in that operation.
A series of bomb attacks was launched after that attack on the Jaffar Express train.
The bombs exploded causing the derailing of the coaches of the trains on several occasions.
The passengers have demanded to strengthen the security of the trains to make the traveling safe and reliable.
According to the public circles, launching such attacks on the railway tracks clearly means to create uncertainty and fear for the public who aims to travel to other places.
Such figures should be dealt with the iron-hands who want to push Balochistan to chaos, poverty and unrest.
