NASEERABAD: The district administration of Naseerabad has intensified efforts to ensure effective implementation at the grassroots level.
Deputy Commissioner Naseerabad, Captain (Retired) Zulfiqar Ali Karrar, carried out a surprise visit to key educational institutions in Dera Murad Jamali to review academic standards and available facilities.
The Deputy Commissioner inspected the Government Boys Model High School and the Government Girls Secondary High School, where he closely observed the teaching process, classroom environment, and overall educational arrangements.
The purpose of the unannounced visit was to assess the practical implementation of government policies and to ensure that students are receiving quality education in a conducive learning environment.
In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Zulfiqar Ali Karrar interacted with school administrations, teaching staff, and students during his inspection.
He reviewed attendance records of both teachers and students and examined the availability of basic facilities, including classrooms, furniture, sanitation, and drinking water. He focused on that education remains a top priority of the provincial government and that no negligence in this sector would be tolerated.
In addition, the Deputy Commissioner stressed the importance of teacher commitment and discipline, stating that dedicated teaching staff play a vital role in shaping the future of the younger generation.
He directed school administrations to further improve academic performance and ensure punctuality, cleanliness, and effective use of teaching hours.
He also instructed relevant officials to address any shortcomings identified during the visit on an urgent basis. So far, the DC reasserted that surprise visits would continue in the future to monitor educational institutions across the district.
He noted that such measures are essential to maintain transparency, accountability, and consistent improvement in the education system. He further mentioned that the district administration is fully committed to supporting schools and facilitating an environment where students can learn and grow without obstacles.
