ISLAMABAD: Islamabad’s Special Anti-Terrorism Court-I has issued a proclamation under Section 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code against three accused persons in a criminal case registered at Noon Police Station.
The accused include Muhammad Sohail Afridi, Meena Khan Afridi, and Dr. Amjad.
According to the court order dated December 4, 2025, the police informed the court that the accused were deliberately absconding to avoid arrest.
Statements from process servers and police officers were recorded, after which the court expressed satisfaction that the accused were intentionally concealing themselves.
The court directed that proclamations be publicly displayed at their residences, as well as at prominent locations in the area and outside the court premises.
The proclamations will remain effective for 30 days as per the law.
It is worth mentioning that CM KP Sohail Afridi is nominated in the a case of 26th November in Anti-Terrorism Court. Sohail Afridi , with other notables of party ,made provocative speeches during the violent protest of 26th November.
Depsite the orders of High Court, led the prtestors in the Red Zone . After the case was filed agianst him along with Dr. Amjad and Meena Khan, the accused did not appear before the court.
It is worh mentioning that CM KP Sohail Afridi, along with other party officials, had come to meet the founder chairman of PTI and the foremer prime minister , however , they were not allowed to meet Imran Khan.
