RAWALPINDI: While addressing participants at a workshop, Field Marshal Asim Munir stated that intelligence agencies and law enforcement institutions are performing their duties for national security with full professionalism, commitment, and dedication.
He emphasized that the regional situation is rapidly evolving, with growing geopolitical competition, cross-border terrorism, and the increasing impact of hybrid warfare.
He further said that Pakistan holds a significant position as a nation and is fully determined to secure its rightful place in the world according to its true potential.
He highlighted that the professional excellence, courage, and determination of the armed forces during the Battle for Truth (Maarka-e-Haq) have enhanced Pakistan’s global standing.
He added that national unity remains the country’s greatest strength.
Field Marshal Asim Munir reaffirmed that the protection of Pakistan’s territorial integrity, security, and every single citizen is the top priority of the Pakistan Army.
He made it clear that there will be absolutely no compromise on border security, national defense, or the safety of the people.
He expressed full confidence that all malicious plans of the enemies would, God willing, be defeated.
He also reiterated complete cooperation with both federal and provincial governments, stressing that sustained peace, stability, and prosperity can only be achieved through coordinated national efforts and strong institutional harmony.
