BANNU: The Counter Terrorism Department kill five Fitna al Khawarij militants in the Bannu area of KP.
According to the CTD officials, an exchange of firing took place between the Fitna al Khawarij militants, and CTD.
The militants had launched a firing attack on the CTD’s APC. When a counter-attack from the security forces was launched, the militants took shelter in a nearby house.
The counter between the militants and the Khawarij continues for 8 hours.
The CTD and the Bannu Police eliminated five militants after a long operation.
The militants had killed two innocent civilians who aimed a resistance during the militant-attack.
