ISLAMABAD: Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry visited Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and held a special session with students and faculty. The university community warmly welcomed his visit.
During the session, Lt. Gen. Chaudhry highlighted Pakistan’s defense posture, the professional role of the armed forces, and the country’s internal security situation. He also informed students about social media propaganda and emphasized the importance of distinguishing it from facts.
The Vice Chancellor of Quaid-i-Azam University praised DG ISPR, recalling his statement on India: “The world has witnessed Pakistan’s response, not just against India and its army, but also against their technology. The Armed Forces of Pakistan delivered a strong and effective reply.”
Students and faculty said the session clarified many of their doubts and provided comprehensive insight into the Pakistan Army’s professional services and national role.
Expressing unity, students stated, “We are not Punjabi, Pashtun, Sindhi, or Balochi. We are Pakistanis first. The Pakistan Army is part of us, and we stand with our armed forces.”
