Later in the evening, a vibrant musical concert amplified the festival’s spirit. Naeem Dilpul, Mohammed Baloch, and several other talented artists captivated the audience with energetic performances, ending the day’s events on a high and memorable note.
Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan, a day earlier, chaired a key meeting of the Secretaries Committee to review governance reforms, focusing on digital transformation, project monitoring, and transparency in development initiatives.
The meeting, held at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, was attended by Additional Chief Secretary (Development) Zahid Saleem, CMIT Chairman Muhammad Ali Kakar, and secretaries from all provincial departments.
Khan said the government is committed to using modern technology to improve service delivery and strengthen public trust. He directed departments to immediately activate online billing and ensure fund disbursements through the SAP system to streamline financial operations.
