BNA’ false Tajban claim aimed to “please Indian handlers”: official

Indian-Funded BNA Spreads Fake Attack News, Say Security Insider

TAJBAN: Security officials have strongly denied a recent claim by the banned organization Baloch National Army (BNA) regarding an attack on a military convoy in the Tajban area, calling it a “fictitious drama” staged to please their Indian handlers.

In an exclusive conversation with Burak Baloch, a high-ranking security official from the area stated that no Pakistani military convoy was targeted in the region. The official alleged that the BNA regularly fabricates such incidents to demonstrate fake achievements, secure continued funding from Indian sources, and mislead the public.

“The purpose of such propaganda is only to please its Indian handlers by showing fake performance and to get more funding,” the official emphasized.

It was further revealed that the BNA’s propaganda channels are largely operated from outside Pakistan, with Indian support. Officials confirmed that such baseless claims are part of a systematic disinformation campaign aimed at creating unrest and undermining state institutions.

This is not the first time, this militant entity claimed imaginary attack. This group last time claimed a responsibility for an attacks on security forces in the Tump district of Balochistan. However, official sources and on-ground verification suggest that these claims are entirely fabricated and meant to mislead foreign backers and secure continued financial support.

The BNA issued a statement claiming to have launched multiple attacks on Pakistani security personnel in different parts of Tump district of Balochistan.

In response to the claims, the Burak Digital Fact Check wing double-checked the claim and found it false. No independent or official confirmation supports any such attacks taking place. Similarly, local sources and security officials confirmed that there were no casualties, injuries, or confrontations with BNA in the area during the time mentioned.

The group has a history of making exaggerated or false claims to boost its relevance in foreign circles and justify funding.
