Pakistan is among the countries that are most -affected with the climatic changes. He said that 35 percent more natural hazards have been recorded in Pakistan this year. Pakistan has to spent a larger part of its GDP to counter the natural hazards caused by the climatic changes.

Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperature, weather patterns, and natural systems primarily caused by human activities such as deforestation, industrial emissions, and the burning of fossil fuels.

These changes have led to rising global temperatures, melting glaciers, and more frequent extreme weather events such as floods, droughts, and heatwaves.

The impacts are particularly severe in developing countries where infrastructure and resources to adapt are limited.

Climate change also threatens agriculture, water supplies, and biodiversity, directly affecting food security and livelihoods.

To mitigate these effects, nations worldwide are focusing on renewable energy, sustainable farming, reforestation, and carbon reduction policies.

Global cooperation through agreements like the Paris Climate Accord aims to limit temperature rise and promote environmental resilience.

Immediate and collective action is essential to protect ecosystems, safeguard human health, and ensure a sustainable future for the planet and coming generations.
