Zehri: In a precise counterterrorism operation led by the ISI Counterterrorism Wing on October 9, 2025, seven armed militants were eliminated and several others injured in the northern region of Zehri.
The operation was conducted after credible intelligence reports indicated the presence of hostile armed elements planning to destabilize the area.
According to official sources, Cobra gunship helicopters engaged the terrorists as they attempted to move through a narrow valley.
The swift and coordinated action by security forces successfully neutralized the threat, preventing a major terror plot. Clearance operations have since been launched to secure the region and ensure lasting stability.
Authorities confirmed that the situation remains under control and that further intelligence-based operations (IBOs) are underway to eliminate remaining hostile networks.

Pakistan’s security agencies have repeatedly exposed the Indian intelligence agency RAW’s role in funding, training, and arming separatist outfits operating in the province.

Over the years, these groups have targeted security personnel, infrastructure, and civilians to fuel unrest.
However, continued intelligence-led operations and counterterrorism measures have significantly weakened such networks, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to preserving peace and sovereignty in Balochistan.
However, the armed forces of Pakistan have carried out massive operations against the Indian-funded militants far and deep in the hideouts of Balochistan.
Thousands of Bharat-supported militants have been eliminated in those military operations.
Moreover, after having seen the unrest and provocations in Balochistan, the local tribals too have lifted weapons against the foreign-funded militants.
