Governments have launched low-interest loan and microfinance schemes, enabling women entrepreneurs and small-business owners to access capital.

Provincial administrations expanded skills-training and vocational programs, focusing on digital literacy, health care, and technical trades to enhance employability.

In Balochistan, recent measures include the Pink Bus Service to improve safe urban transport and a new program to provide electric bikes on easy installments for working women, reducing commuting barriers.

Nationally, legislation has reinforced workplace harassment protections, while programs like the Ehsaas cash transfers and Benazir Income Support enhancements have targeted financial security for vulnerable households.
