APC vows to pledge joint effort to resolve public issues

Chaman – At a joint press conference organized under the banner of All Parties (APC) at the Chaman Press Club, key political and civil society leaders pledged to continue a united struggle to resolve public grievances and address the region’s current challenges.

In Balochistan news updates, Participants included Asghar Khan Achakzai, Provincial President of the Awami National Party; Senator Maulana Abdul Waseh, Provincial Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam; Abdul Qahar Khan Wadan, Provincial President of the Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party; Nasrullah Khan Zarey, Provincial President of the Pashtoonkhwa National Awami Party; Javed Khan Afghan, District Press Secretary of the National Democratic Movement; Fida Muhammad Qabail, Core Committee Member of Pashtoon Tahafuz Movement; Haji Ghousullah, Secretary of the Laghari Ittehad; traders’ representatives Jamal Shah and Ahmed Khan; Fida Muhammad of the National Party; civil society representatives Basheer Ahmed and Abdul Razaq; and Inayatullah Khan Advocate from the Chaman Bar Council, among others.

Speaking with a unified voice, the leaders vowed to maintain collective action on public concerns and the prevailing regional situation.

As the first step of this campaign, they announced a peaceful demonstration to be held on October 11 in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Chaman (referred to as “Aman Pasoon”), inviting the entire city’s residents to participate actively.
It is worth-mentioning that the political parties in Balochistan have addressed public concerns over public issue on numerous occastions.

PKMAP, BNP, BAP and many others have been consistently asking to resolve various concerns over developing projects, employments, trade across the border, the matters of national security, law and order, flooding, public and traders’ safety on roads and national highways and many other core issues.

The Balochistan government has also expressed a desire of political dialogue, consultancy and joint efforts on various occasions.

So political development and national consensus over public issues is key figure for the development, peace and stability of Balochistan.
