Tribesmen kill two BRA commanders in ambush in Sui

SUI: Tribesmen in Sui dealt a major blow to the outlawed Baloch Republican Army (BRA) after ambushing its fighters, killing two key commanders and wounding several others, officials and local sources said Saturday.

The clash erupted amid an ongoing feud between the Chakrani tribe and militants of BRA, known as the Indian proxy Fitna al Hindustan.

Armed tribesmen attacked a BRA team, leaving four fighters seriously injured. Witnesses said the injured were taken away by the group to an unknown location.

Those killed included Washoo Hotkani, a senior commander long linked to militant activities, and Mashkool Kohli, the brother of commander Soori Kohli.

Residents in Sui celebrated the incident with aerial firing, calling the action a sign of unity against terrorism. Tribal elders said the show of defiance reflected Baloch traditions of loyalty and courage.
