Hideouts of banned BLF “Fitna-Al-Hindustan” demolished in Kohlu in Sceurity Ops

Security forces foil BLA’s hostage plot on national highway in Noshki

KOHLU: Security forces in Kohlu have demolished the hideouts of two banned terrorists from the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), a group officials have linked to foreign intelligence agencies.

The operation was launched on a tip-off from the public against terrorists identified as Qadir Kaka and Shahzad. Authorities stated the individuals were using houses in a local population to plan target killings, extortion, and attacks on ordinary citizens.

During the raid, forces recovered heavy explosives and equipment for making Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). This, officials said, is clear evidence the terrorists were preparing for large-scale violence in the region.

Following the operation, a mutual decision was made by regional elders and security forces to demolish two houses belonging to Qadir Kaka and one belonging to Shahzad.

Officials stated that this action sends a strong message that terrorists cannot use local populations as human shields to build networks. They also rejected claims from a BLF spokesperson about violence against local residents, calling it a “complete lie” and stating that the Baloch people and state institutions stand united against such false narratives.
