QILA SAIFULLAH: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti delivered a strong message against militancy on [Add Date], declaring a firm stand against all groups using violence to impose their ideology.
Speaking at a gathering, CM Bugti stated that anyone who uses weapons and force to push their agenda, whether they claim to be religious extremists or nationalist fighters, are simply “criminals and terrorists.”
He directly addressed the conflict in the region’s Baloch-majority areas, stating that a “war has been enforced in the name of Baloch rights.” However, he strongly rejected the idea that the armed militants represent the Baloch people.
“They are not Baloch; they have nothing to do with Baloch,” Bugti said, accusing them of being “anti-state” and “sponsored” by external forces. He described their actions as “cruel.”
The Chief Minister made a personal pledge to stand firm against them. “We will stand firm against them and I will not personally surrender against them. We will fight against every terrorism,” he told the audience.
The speech signals the government’s continued hardline policy of pursuing armed groups through security operations and rejecting any negotiations with elements involved in violence.\
