QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court has launched a Complaint Management System (CMS) to streamline the process of receiving and addressing public grievances.
According to details, the CMC has been established under the direction of Chief Justice Rozi Khan Bareech, aiming to ensure transparency and timely resolution of complaints.
Through the CMS, citizens can now submit all types of complaints, which will be processed promptly by the court’s administration. The system is designed to enable quick redressal of public concerns, helping bridge the gap between the judiciary and the people.
Importantly, the system also allows the public to submit complaints online from their homes, making the process more accessible and user-friendly.
