TURBAT: Commissioner Makran, Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani, chaired an important meeting on Turbat City Development Project (TCDP) Phase-II at his office in Turbat.
Deputy Commissioner Kech, Basheer Ahmed Badiech, Director Development P&D, Khalid Hussain, Deputy Project Director TCDP, Behram Gichki, Project Engineers Qasim Gichki and Yasir Tahseen Gorgage, representatives of the Construction Consultant Group, and other officials attended the session.
Deputy Project Director Behram Gichki gave a detailed briefing on the progress of ongoing schemes.
Commissioner Pirkani directed that all projects must be completed within the set deadlines. He stressed that no compromise on quality will be tolerated. He advised officers and staff to approach him directly if they face any difficulties during execution.
He emphasized that timely completion of development projects is a collective responsibility. “The real purpose of these schemes is to deliver benefits to the people,” he added.
The provincial government launched Turbat City Development Project Phase-II with a massive allocation of Rs 6.62 billion. The project covers health, education, infrastructure, road construction, sewerage, clean drinking water, and other public facilities.

Officials expressed hope that after completion, this mega project will resolve most of Turbat city’s civic problems and provide better services to its residents.
