R AWALPINI: Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has strongly condemned attempts to spread disillusionment among the people of Balochistan through negative propaganda.
DG ISPR said this during a meeting with ISPR delegation while telling Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE). He emphasized that such efforts will never succeed as the patriotic and proud people of Balochistan are fully aware of the nefarious designs of hostile elements and their foreign masters.
Lt. Gen. Chaudhry highlighted that all incidents of terrorism in the region are fueled by Indian malice and resources, yet the Pakistan Armed Forces possess the full capability and public support to crush this proxy war. He reaffirmed the vital role of the youth as the nation’s greatest asset, whose positive outlook is key to Pakistan’s bright future.
He also praised the Pakistani media for its responsible and positive role in addressing the country’s challenges, especially during the “Operation Haq” campaign. He noted how Pakistani media not only upheld high journalistic standards but also effectively countered the negative propaganda emanating from Indian media outlets.

The CPNE delegation, led by Kazim Khan, lauded the Pakistan Armed Forces for their remarkable performance during Operation Haq and recognized ISPR’s pivotal role in providing timely and credible information throughout the operation. The delegation described the victory as a testament to the coordinated strategy of the Pakistani nation, government, and military institutions.
