PESHAWAR: At least two police officials were injured in a hand grenade attack on a police post in Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Police official told local media persons that the incident took place in Bamkhel area of Swabi, where a hand grenade was hurled at a police post by unknown motorcyclists.
Two officials, including a police constable, were injured in the hand grenade attack and were immediately shifted to the hospital.
DSP Swabi said that the private cook of the post is among the injured.

After the incident, a search operation was launched by cordoning off the area.
