MNA Raisani raises concerns over NADRA Mastung office behavior

QUETTA: Leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Member of National Assembly (MNA), Nawabzada Mir Jamal Khan Raisani has expressed displeasure over the misbehavior of employees at the NADRA office in Mastung district. MNA has taken notice of the incident following the complaints of citizens who faced humiliation and poor treatment while trying to avail NADRA services.

MNA Raisani directly contacted NADRA Chairman Lt. Gen. Muhammad Munir Afsar to demand immediate action against the responsible employees for mistreating the public and to ensure that the grievances of the public are addressed promptly.

NADRA Chairman Lt. Gen. Muhammad Munir Afsar expressed regret over the behavior of the staff at the Mastung office. He apologized to the affected citizens and assured that all complaints will be dealt with swiftly to improve the quality of service.
