QUETTA: Inspector General of Police Balochistan, Moazzam Jah Ansari, expressed optimism that peace and prosperity will soon prevail across the province.
Addressing a passing-out parade at the Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF) Training School, IG Ansari praised the sacrifices of Balochistan Police officers and personnel, stating that they had laid down their lives in the line of duty.
He emphasized that Balochistan Police will continue this proud tradition of service by working in close coordination with the Pakistan Armed Forces and other law enforcement agencies. “Our officers and jawans will remain vigilant and ready to make any sacrifice necessary for peace and public safety,” he said.
IG Ansari paid heartfelt tribute to all martyred and injured police personnel, acknowledging their unwavering commitment to duty despite life-threatening challenges. He also congratulated all newly graduated cadets on successfully completing their training.
According to details, 161 personnel from Balochistan Police and 200 from the Police Training College’s lower course took part in the passing-out ceremony. So far, 3,973 personnel have graduated from the 18th Basic Course at the ATF Training School.
