QUETTA: The Balochistan government has dismissed 13 District Accounts Officers with an immediate effect for showing negligence.
The treasury section of the finance department of the Balochistan government has shared a notification that says that 13 district accounts officers have been suspended for 90 days with the prior approval of the concerned officials.
The suspension has been brought to practice on account of negligence regarding the failure in timely issuance of the salaries of the newly appointed employees as well as showing incompetence in performing duties.

he names of the dismissed District Accounts Officers are: Subhan (DAO, Mastung), Mahiuddin (DAO, Dera Murad Jamali), Liaqat Ali (DAO, Quetta), Ghulam Lashari (DAO, Jaffarabad), Ahmad Yar (DAO, Khuzdar), Orangi Bakhsh (DAO, Killa Saifullah), Mohammad Yasir (DAO, Pishin), Ghulam Dastgir (DAO, Quetta), Aurangzeb (DAO, Sibi), Ajab Khan (DAO, Loralai), Manzoor Ahmad (DAO, Zhob), Naveed Ahmad (Senior DAO, Pishin), and Mukhtiar Ahmed (Senior DAO, Killa Abdullah).
