RAWALPINDI: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the residence of martyred Major Zia Sadeem in Rawalpindi to offer condolences to the bereaved family. The officer got martyrdom in Balochistan during an anti-terror operation.
During his visit, Minister Naqvi showed sorrow over the loss to the family members of the fallen officer. He further focused on that the government considers the welfare and support of the families of martyrs as a top priority.
Minister Naqvi also offered prayers for the elevation of the martyred officer’s ranks in the hereafter and strength for the family to bear this irreparable loss. Major Zia Sadeem was martyred during a security operation in Balochistan aimed at eliminating terrorist elements from the region.

The visit concluded with the minister personally assuring the family of full state support and recognition for their son’s ultimate sacrifice. He also recognized the contributions of all armed forces personnel who risk their lives daily to safeguard the country’s sovereignty.
