Attack on civilian bus worst example of inhumanity: Chairman Senate

ISLAMABAD: Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Chairman of the upper house of the parliament, has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a passenger bus in Kalat that left at least three persons dead and several others wounded.

In a statement, the former prime minister has termed the incident as a most brutal, cowardly and inhumane act, in which unarmed and innocent passengers were targeted.
Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious human lives as a result of the attack and expressed heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the martyrs.

Yousuf Raza Gilani said that I share the grief of the affected families in this hour of grief. The Chairman Senate prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured and said that terrorists are open enemies of humanity and their cowardly tactics cannot demoralize the nation.

The Chairman of the Senate said that the attack on unarmed passengers is the worst example of inhumanity, but terrorists can never succeed in their nefarious objectives.

Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani made it clear that the entire nation is united against terrorism and the state will eradicate these elements at all costs. He prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and for patience for their families.

Yesterday, the terrorists associated with Indian proxy Fitna al Hindustan attacked a passenger coach en route to Karachi from Quetta. A day earlier, locals and passengers had foiled a terrorist attack on a passenger coach in Kalat.
