QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Musawer Khan, stating that while the government could not save him but the government has fulfilled its promise to bring his killers to justice.
While issuing a statement, shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), CM Bugti confirmed that the main suspect involved in Musawer Khan’s murder has been identified and arrested in a successful operation.
CM Bugti said that we could not save Musawer Khan but bringing his killers to justice was a promise, a promise that has been fulfilled today.
CM Balochistan also praised the Quetta Police, Intelligence Bureau (IB), and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), crediting their coordinated efforts for the breakthrough, adding that this success is the result of the tireless efforts and professionalism of Quetta Police, IB, and CTD.

CM added that the search for the remaining suspects is ongoing and assured the public that justice will be ensured under all circumstances.
