DERA BUGTI: The district administration of Dera Bugti, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Zohaib-ul-Haq, is organizing special awareness sessions on “Freelancing” as part of the “DigiBiz Balochistan” initiative.

These sessions are being held with the active support of the provincial government and the Department of Science and Information Technology, indicating the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, who has consistently prioritized youth empowerment and digital inclusion in the province.

The sessions will be conducted at Education Foundation Grammar School, Sui, with separate days designated for male and female students. The session for male students is scheduled for July 16, 2025, whereas the session for female students will take place on July 17, 2025. Both sessions will begin at 11:00 AM.

The guest speaker at the event will be Jawad Ahmed, Program Director of DigiBiz Balochistan, who will guide the students on how to tap into the global digital economy through freelancing.

He will also mention the opportunities that freelancing offers in terms of education, employment, and community development, especially for youth in remote regions like Dera Bugti.

These sessions aim to equip students with essential knowledge about freelancing platforms, digital skills, and global market dynamics.

Furthermore, they are designed to inspire students to become self-sufficient and contribute to the socioeconomic progress of their district and the province at large.
