ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a warning for widespread rain, wind, and thundershowers expected in the North-Eastern and Southern areas of Balochistan.
According to the PMD, the rain-wind/thundershower is also expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Punjab, the federal capital, and South-Eastern Sindh.
The forecast stated that a wet spell is likely to bring heavy to very heavy rainfall at various locations, with potential risks of flash floods, urban flooding, and landslides, particularly in the northern and hilly areas.
Elsewhere in the country, the weather is likely to remain hot and humid.

Islamabad and Gilgit are twenty-seven degrees centigrade, Lahore twenty-eight, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta twenty-nine, Murree seventeen, and Muzaffarabad twenty-six degrees centigrade.
Partly cloudy skies with chances of rain, wind, and thundershowers are expected in Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramulla, Srinagar, and Jammu.
Temperatures:
Srinagar, Anantnag, and Baramula are twenty-one degrees centigrade, Jammu twenty-seven, Leh eighteen, and Pulwama and Shopian twenty degrees centigrade.
