RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Army said it killed at least 30 terrorists belonging to Indian proxy Fitna al Khawarij while attempting to infiltrate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Afghanistan.
“On night 1/2 and 2/3 July 2025, movement of a large group of khwarij, belonging to Indian Proxy Fitna al Khwarij, who were trying to infiltrate through the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, was detected by the security forces in the general area Hassan Khel, North Waziristan District,” said the Pakistan Army media wing, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), in a statement.
The security forces effectively engaged and thwarted the Indian sponsored Khawarij’s attempt to infiltrate. As a result of precise and skillful engagement, all thirty Indian sponsored khawarij were sent to hell, the statement read.
A large quantity of weapons, ammunition & explosives was also recovered from the killed Indian sponsored Fitna al Khawarij, it added.
The security forces demonstrated exceptional professionalism, vigilance & preparedness, and prevented a potential catastrophe.
The Interim Afghan Government also needs to check and prevent the use of Afghan soil by “foreign proxies” for orchestrating terrorist activities against Pakistan.
