CM Bugti vows reforms in health and employment in Balochistan

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has said that all non-functional hospitals across Balochistan will be made operational within the next three months.

While talking to media persons, CM Balochistan also pledged to create new employment opportunities for the youth, aiming to address growing concerns over joblessness.

Sharing the government performance in one year, CM said that this time, 100% of the provincial budget has been utilized, and we are committed to fully utilizing the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) this year as well.

Regarding the security situation of the province, CM Bugti described law and order as a major challenge, but reaffirmed his government’s resolve to restore peace adding that the government is are working to modernize our security forces and strengthen the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD). He revealed that the federal government has allocated Rs 10 billion, and we are matching it with an equal amount from the provincial resources.

CM Bugti also reiterated his earlier promise that national highways will no longer be blocked, claiming that the commitment is now being upheld.
