QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Malik Abdul Jaffar Khan Mandokhail visited the residence of Provincial Minister Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran in Quetta, where a high-level consultative meeting of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was convened to deliberate the fiscal strategy for the upcoming year.
The session brought together prominent political figures, including Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly Captain (R) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, Provincial Ministers Mir Saleem Khosa and Mir Shoaib Nosherwani, along with senior leaders such as Barkat Rind, Nawabzada Zareen Magsi, Haji Wali Noorzai, Haji Toor Utmankhel, and Haji Noor Muhammad Dummar.
Furthermore, the agenda revolved around shaping a people-centric budget with comprehensive planning aimed at public relief.
Speaker Achakzai underlined the necessity of including all stakeholders in the budget-making process, promoting a collective and inclusive approach to governance.
In this sense, provincial ministers briefed the attendees on the financial needs of their respective departments, focusing on youth-oriented development initiatives, particularly in education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

He reasserted that welfare-oriented programs would be central to the budget and that tangible outcomes must be pursued through measurable goals and rigorous oversight.
