Barkhan: Intense gunfire between security forces and armed militants has been ongoing since morning in the Koh Jandhar area of Barkhan, creating a tense and fearful atmosphere.
According to reports, the operation began early in the morning when security forces acted on intelligence about the presence of terrorists.
A fierce exchange of fire ensued and has continued for several hours. Due to the clash, residents have remained confined to their homes amid fear and tension.
Authorities have issued safety advisories to the public. Meanwhile, an emergency has been declared at Rakhni Hospital, and medical staff have been summoned.
