QUETTA: Senior security and political analyst Babar Yousafzai said that the Fitna al Hindustan would not succeed in dividing Baloch and Pashtun.
Speaking at the Burak Digital podcast, Babar Yousafzai strongly condemned the Balochistan Liberation Army IED attack on two young brothers who challenged their false narrative.
The Indian-sponsored terrorists had killed two sons of Sardar Abdullah Bazai — Sardar Salam Bazai and Sardar Nafe Bazai in an IED attack in Saraghorgai.
Offering heartfelt condolences to the grieving Bazai family, Babar Yousafzai praised their unmatched courage in confronting terrorism. “How this brave family faced cowardly terrorists deserves our utmost respect,” he stated. “The attackers called them out to fight on their own land — and instead of a face-to-face confrontation, they planted IEDs that martyred these two brave sons.”
Despite the immense personal loss, Sardar Abdullah Bazai stood firm, vowing justice. “As his sons’ bodies lay before him, he challenged the terrorists, declaring that their sacrifices would not go unanswered. He promised to free Balochistan and Pakistan from this chaos and violence.”
He firmly rejected any ethnic division of the incident. “This is not a Baloch vs Pashtun conflict. Not all Baloch are terrorists. The Baloch are our brothers, the owners’ people of this province, just like the Pashtuns. Our cultures and traditions are deeply interwoven,” he said.
He said that the attackers were not acting on tribal motives but were instead sponsored operatives — “terrorists nurtured on Indian funds.” He pointed out that these terrorists came from the BLA (Balochistan Liberation Army) and aimed to divide communities by fabricating tribal clashes.
“The Bazai tribe is one of the oldest and most respected tribes in Quetta, among other historic stakeholders like the Shahwani and Kasi tribes. The terrorists deliberately targeted a local, native community to instill fear, but failed. The Bazais stood tall and responded with valor,” he added.
Highlighting a recent counter-operation, he revealed, “Yesterday, five of these ‘Fitna-e-Hindustan’ (agents of chaos from India) were sent to hell by our security forces. I am confident that our armed forces will continue their operations against such enemies of the state.”
He urged the public and the media not to give the Saraghorgai incident an ethnic narrative. “This is not about Baloch vs. Pashtun. It’s about terrorists vs. the people of Pakistan. We must learn to differentiate between patriots and saboteurs,” he said.
Referring to the history of Baloch loyalty, he stated, “Since Pakistan’s inception, the Baloch have contributed greatly to national unity and development. Today, the Chief Minister of Balochistan is a patriotic Baloch. Our bureaucracy, our military — all include proud Baloch men and women.”

“For the first time, terrorists have tried to impose aggression on a Pashtun tribe. But the entire Pashtun nation — whether Bazai, Kakar, Jogezai, Durrani, Tareen, Yousafzai, or Khilji — stands united. Together, we will fight back and defeat these enemies of peace, ” concluded.
