Balochistan CM Urges BLA to Share Recruitment List

Balochistan CM Urges BLA to Share Recruitment List

Quetta: Chief Minister of Balochistan, Sarfraz Bugti, stated that the issue of missing persons in the province is complex because many of them have reportedly joined the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA).

In an interview with the BBC, he said the matter could be resolved quickly if the BLA provided a list of its recruits.

“If the BLA shares the list of individuals it has recruited, the missing persons problem could be solved in just one minute,” he remarked.

He further noted that in many cases, even parents do not know that their children have joined banned organizations.

He appealed to such parents through BBC, saying, “If your son is affiliated with a banned outfit, please inform a respected local or the authorities.

This could prevent future complications, especially in the unfortunate event of death during a terrorist operation.”
