ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M), Sanaullah Baloch, has said that no political party supports violence in Balochistan, adding that his party will continue their struggle for Baloch rights through peaceful and political means.
While talking to local news channel Geo News, Sanaullah Baloch said that it is very unfortunate that no government has ever taken Balochistan’s problem seriously and now the current state of affair is very disturbing and concerning.
He said that the we are simply demanding the rights granted to us under the Constitution. However, when his party raises these legitimate concerns, they are unfairly labeled as promoting an anti-state narrative, he lamented.
He further said that the federal government must recognize and address the problems faced by Balochistan, adding that the Baloch people seek control over the province’s natural resources and a resolution to the issue of missing persons.

Baloch urged both provincial and federal authorities to listen to the voices of Balochistan’s people and work together to end the ongoing violence, which he warned is devastating every sector of the province.
