Khawaja Asif: India using banned groups like BLA, TTP to destabilize Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said that the two major Indian-funded terrorist outfits including TTP and BLA are active in Pakistan and killing the innocent citizens including school going children.

Regarding the India’s role in supporting terrorism in Pakistan, Khawaja Asif has declared that Pakistan will soon share evidence proving India’s hand in the recent attack on a school bus in Khuzdar district of Balochistan province.

While talking to a private news channel, Defense Minister said that banned terrorist group Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) is functioning as a proxy for India and involved killing the innocent Baloch, adding that Pakistan has solid proof of India’s involvement in disrupting peace in Balochistan by using these banned organization as its proxies and we will share it publicly.

Regarding the link between the BLA and India, Khawaja Asif said that it is not a secret anymore that India is using BLA as tool against the Pakistan and the banned terrorist group is forwarding its agenda of creating chaos and killing own Baloch in the province.

Minister further said that Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) are also the Indian-funded terrorist organization, adding that both BLA and TTP are instruments of Indian state terrorism. Khawaja Asif stressed that these groups have no connection to religion or any real nationalist cause.

Answering to a question regarding the Khuzdar incident and Pakistan’s response, Defense Minister said Pakistan will retaliate with full force and there will be no mercy for those who target civilians and children.
